These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DinvarEstario website (dinvarestario.com) and any training services provided by DinvarEstario. By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

1. Service Description

DinvarEstario provides customer service and complaint handling training for frontline employees in retail and service businesses in Mexico. Our services include: in-person training sessions with filmed role-playing and individual video review; support materials delivered as part of the training; and consultation regarding training scheduling and customization. The website serves as an informational resource and point of contact for prospective clients.

4. Training Services — Booking and Cancellation

Training sessions are confirmed upon written agreement between DinvarEstario and the client. Specific terms regarding scheduling, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling will be set out in a separate service agreement provided at the time of booking. In the absence of a specific agreement, the following general conditions apply:

• Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty
• Cancellations made fewer than 10 business days before the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee
• DinvarEstario reserves the right to reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, with reasonable notice provided to the client

5. Limitation of Liability

DinvarEstario's website and informational content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information on the website for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable Mexican law, DinvarEstario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in training services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
